  I read several of the reviews prior to coming in and felt some apprehension as there are quite a variety of opinions. I realized that we all come from various backgrounds and have a variety of life experiences. I will start by saying the beef brisket was enjoyable enough that I came back for another round the next day. I didn't even squeeze any of the six different available bbq sauces on it. The meat was perfect on smoke flavor and beautifully tender. The wait staff was polite and very attentive. I drink a lot of fluids with my meals and they were perfect at keeping my glass full. One other thing I appreciated about the staff was their proper use of the English language and not using slang terminology. In regards to the cornbread, I enjoyed mine with just the honey they put on it, didn't even need butter. Since I am from a larger city, I would compare their food as better than the many food chains like Applebee's, Red Robin or Buffalo Wild Wings. I know those are not known as "barbeque" style restaurants but I hope it will give you a good idea on the quality of food to expect. Next time I'm passing through, I will stop in again!
